Znic 2,9, 16,23-tetrakis[4-(p-dimethyaminophenoxy)] Phthalocyanine(AmZmPc)has been synthesized. Intermolecular and intramolecular quenching of phthalocvanine fluorescence by p-N,N-dimethylanisidine has been studied.It is concluded the diminutionsof fluorescence quantum yield and life-time of Ⅱ are attributed to intramolecular chargetransfer. The apparent transfer rate constants were calculated.
