摘要
坐痛宁注射液能明显抑制醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应，能提高小鼠对热板试验所致的镇痛效应。这提示坐痛宁注射液抗坐骨神经涌可能与镇痛作用有关。
Zuotongning injection can obviously inhibit the writhing action induced by acetic acid and enhance the analgesic effect induced by the hot-plate test in mice.These results suggest that the anti-sciatica of Zuotongning injection may relate to its analgesic effect.
