吸烟对肺功能和末梢血白细胞数的急性影响

Acute effects of smoking on lung function and leukocyte count in peripheral blood

本文观察了３１例受试者吸烟对肺功能和末梢血白细胞数的急性影响，结果提示：受试者的ＦＥＶ１、ＰＥＦＲ吸烟后较吸烟前显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５），而末梢血白细胞数在吸烟后则显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。据此作者认为，吸烟对肺功能的急性影响，主要是导致气道平滑肌的收缩。

We have studied the acute effects of smoking on lung function and leukocyte count in 31 trial patients.The results show that smoking prominently decreases FEV 1.0 and PEFR(P< 0.01,P< 0.05).In view of the mentioned above,it is suggested that the acute effects of smoking on lung function not only lead to the constriction of airulay smooth muscle.but also likely correlate with the inflammative reaction of airway.
