摘要
用傅立叶变换对φ400mm自动轧管机织上斜轧穿孔、斜轧延伸、轧管、均整后荒管的壁厚不均进行了定量分析,并以此为基础提出了改善钢管壁厚不均的途径。本文所采用的研究方法对其他热轧无缝钢管机组也有参考价值。
AbstractIn this paper, Fourier Transform is applied to analyzing the wall thickness variability in rotary piercing,elongating,pipe rolling and relling processes of the 400 mm automatic pipe rolling mill.Based on this analysis the measures are put forward to improve the precision of the pipe wall thickness.And this research work is also useful for other hot rolling mills of seamless pipes.
