摘要
采用现场统计分析和试验相结合的方法,探讨了在高速轧制和控制冷却条件下钢材表面脱碳的形成规律。指出当轧制速度小于40m/s时,一次脱碳是钢材脱碳的主要来源;当轧制速度大于40m/s时,二次脱碳的影响相当于钢坯在炉内的保温时间延长8~10倍,或者加热温度升高150~200℃.分析了加热、冷却工艺参数对钢材表面脱碳的影响。
AbstractCombining statistical analysis with experiment on the site,the decarburation on steel sufface under high speed rolling and controlled cooling was investigated. It was found that the first decarburizing was the main source of decarburtation if rolling speed was lower than 40 m/s,the second decarburizing resulted in so great deearburation as when thermo-time of billet was lengthenned by8~10 times or heating temperature in furnace was enhanced bv l50~200℃,if tolling speed was higher than 40 m/s.Thc effect of heating and cooling parameers are discussed in this article.
