摘要
本文研究了CaC_2和5种CaC_2基复合粉剂的钢液脱氧脱硫,以及复合粉剂脱氧对钢材力学性能的影响,实验及热力学计算表明:CaC_2可用作溶解氧含量较高的钢液预脱氧剂。5种复会粉剂可在大量节铝的条件下满足钢液终脱氧要求,同时脱除钢中部分硫含量。
AbstractIn this paper the deoxidation and desulphuization of the molten steel by using CaC_2 and five kinds of complex-deoxidizer as well as the influences of complex-deoxidizers on mechani- cal properties of steel have been investigated. The experimental results show that CaC_2 can be used as a pre-deoxidizer.Five kinds of complex- deoxidizers can meet the requirments of deo- xidation and save Al.At the sametime sulphur is also removed.
