摘要
板带材冷连轧机所用的轴承决定轧机的装机水平。如何对轧权轴承进行工况判断，综合性能的评估和各有关参数的监控，不但对轴承的安全运行，系统的可靠工作具有重要意义，而且对指导轴承的维修，润滑袖的更换，轴承寿命的预测，实现使用现场的科学管理等也具有重要意义。现在大型板带材冷连轧机已全部采用静－动压油膜轴承，改善了轧机在低速下的操作性能，延长了轴承的使用寿命，提高了轧材的质量和成品率。
AbstractThe correct installation of sheet or strip cold rolling mi11 relys on the bearing on it.For this reason,the evaluation of the running state the estimate of the general properties and the monitor- control of the related parameters of the bearing on mill are very important not only to the safe running of bearing and the reliable operation of the whole system,but also to the ma-interance of bearing,the change of oil,the forecast of the bearing's service life and realigation of scientific management on worksite,All large sheet and strip cold rolling mills have been equiped with static-moving oil-film bearing,which can improve the operation properties of mi-11s at low speed and the quality of products Moreover,it can prolong tae bearing's service life and increase the rate of qualified products.
