摘要
低温烟气加热换热器中的给水,可在碳钢管上热装上碳钢环肋片。烟气从300℃左右冷却到200℃,流量为12000kg/h的水从5℃被加热到60℃该换热器具有较大的传热系数、结构紧凑、总造价低等优点。本文介绍了肋片管换热器的设计计算步骤。
AbstractThe low-temperature flue-gas heats feed-water in the heat exchangers. In this situation,some char bon-steel gilled rings are shrunk over the carbon-steel tubes. While flue-gases are cooled from about 300℃ to 200℃,a quantity of 12000 kg/h water at 5℃ is heated up to 60℃.The fin and tube heat exchanger has several advantages. Larger heat-transfer coefficients;compact,lower general costs.This paper introduces the procedure for designing and calculating a fin and tube heat exchanger。
