产品全工序能耗分析与节能目标的研究

ANALYSIS OF ENBRGY COMSUMPTION IN PRODUCT’SWHOLE PROCESS AND RESEARCH ON ITS ENERGY-SAVING

从系统节能的观点出发，提出了企业产品全工序节能目标管理的方法。产品全工序节能目标的制定，应通过研究产品生产过程着手，定量地分析影响产品全工序能耗的工艺过程、生产设备等各种因素并对这些因素进行节能潜力分析。最终在节能经济效益分析的基础上制定出全工序的节能目标和节能改造措施。

n the view of energy conservation for systems,the method of Working out the energy-saving target of Droducts in its whole process is put forward here.In crder to work out the reasonable and beneficial energy saving target,it is important to study the products'whole pr ocess which includes to quantitively a nalyse vari ous factors that affect energy comsumpti on,such as tech nical process and producti on equipment etc, and to analyse their energy-saving potential.Finally the energy-saving target and method for renovati on can be worked out based on the analysis of the economical benefit.
