摘要
宝钢１号高炉是国内第一座４０００ｍ￣３３级大型高炉，白１９８５年９月１５日开工以来，经历了投产、达标、提高三个阶段。八年多的生产实践表明，宝钢１号高炉在操业、作业、炉体维护等方面取得了显著的进步。本文介绍了１号高炉生产操作技术的改进，以及投产以来高炉新技术的开发和应用。
AbstractUntil the end of l992, blast furnace No,l has produced hot metal more than 27 million tons.The furnace with its accessary equipments have been keeping in good situation. This paper describs the operation technologies and furnace maintenance experiences Obtained through practice, such as improvcment of burden properties,gas flow distribution control,strengthening managelment of tapping working,lowering fuel rate,and maintaning measurs fOr both shaft and hearth.Moreover,it introduces the development and application of advanced technologies on blast furnace No, 1 in recent years.
