摘要
建立了描述复吹转炉底吹气流行为和炉底传热的数学模型。应用所建数学模型研究了复吹转炉底部供气热壅塞问题及保持底吹气流“射流”喷出、避免喷嘴灌钢的供气条件。提出了复吹转炉底吹喷嘴设计和供气控制的依据以及减缓热壅塞效应的措施。验证了鞍钢180t复吹转炉底吹喷嘴设计和供气情况。
AbstractUsing the finite defference method, a mathcmatical medel has been established.which de-scribes both the behaviour of gas flow and the phenomenon of heat transfer inside the vessel bottom lining of combined blown converters.With the present model, problems concerning the bottom blow pattern of combined blown converters. such as the effect of thermal jam and the conditions to maintain jetting state of botttom gas flow and avoid the penetration of molten steel into the tuyeres, have been studied. As a result,the bases of bottom tuyere design and blow pattern control of combined blOWn convertets and the measure to minimize the effect of thermal jam have been suggested in the present paper.In addition, according to the results of industrial scale measurements of vessel bottom lining temperatures,the present model satisfies the conditions of bottom blow and tuyere design of a l80 t combined blown converter at Anshan lron and steel Co.
