上钢五厂在４０ｔ钢包炉十年生产基础上开发七项炉外精炼生产技术：①精炼钢包底吹氩和滑动水口自动开浇一体化；②分渣；③提高精炼钢包寿命；④精炼钢包预热；⑤真空脱气操作；③轴承钢精炼；③超低碳不锈钢精炼。
