摘要
本文在研究结晶器振动参数及保护渣消耗量对振痕深度及结晶器润滑影响的基础上，提出了优化结晶器振动基本参数的方法。并提出了一个在浇铸过程中使负滑动时间和保护渣消耗量取最优值的ｆ－ｖ＿ｃ模型。
