摘要 从炼钢电弧炉热平衡分析着手,导出了兼顾电、热两方面的电弧炉合理工作电流表达式,并根据一台炉子的热平衡数据,介绍了确定合理工作电流的方法和实际应用效果。文中提出的工艺热耗概念是衡量炼钢工艺是否节能的重要指标。 AbstractThis paper presents the formula determining the rationaI operating current,based on ana-lysis of heat balance in the meIt-down period of EAF.Both electric and thermal aspects arecovered in the formula。The method of determining the rat ional opera ti ng current and produc-tion results are introduced according to hea t balance of an elec tr ic arc furn ace in productionprocess.The concept of special technoIogicaI thermal consumption is put forward and it canbe used for evaluating the energy consumption degree in teehnological process.
