CONTINUOUS WEIGHT MEARSURING SYSTEM FOR SBRIES TANK COAL INJECTION ON BF

本文介绍了新开发的串联罐连续计量系统。此系统将喷吹有关参数输入专门的计算机，由计算机校正上、下罐的称量值，以便得出在喷吹全部过程中上、下罐内的实际煤粉重量。计算机图象显示系统可显示整个喷吹过程每一瞬时的煤粉量变化。整套系统已安装在包钢１号高炉。

AbstractUsually,on series tank system for BF coal injection it is diffcult to measure the amount of injected coal continuously,A new continuous measuring system for the series tank has been developed with computer weight modification, Its main principle is that , the injection parameters are collected by a special computer system,The computer modifies the weight of upper and lower tanks,so that the exact weight data of coal powder in upper and lower tanks can be obtained during the Whole injection process.A computer image system which can display the instantaneous change of coal quantity in tanks on whole injection process has been also developed.This system is installed on No,1 BF of Baotou Iron & Steel Co..
