摘要
采用上限元法建立了压力穿孔过程中穿孔力的分析模型并给出了解析表达式。为减少穿孔力以相对提高顶杆刚度,文中优化了变形锥形状参数K_0并确定了选取原则。按理论分析结果加工了四种旋转抛物曲面顶头并进行了压力穿孔中间工业试验,实验结果同理论分析结果比较接近。这项研究对压力穿孔生产有指导作用。
AbstractBased on UBEM,the analysis Inodel for press piercing process has been established in this paper and its analytical expressions have been obtained. For decreasing piercing resistance and increasing the stiffness of plug post rod,the shape parameter K _0 of deformation cone of plug has been optimized in this paper.The rule for selecting suitable value for K_0 is also described here,Based on the results of theoritical analys is,four different kinds of plug constructed from rotory parabola surface had been manufactured and the prototypel tests were provided ,Comparing with theoritical analysis, the experimental data are quite similar with the former,So,the results of this study can be refered to manufacturing practice of PPM.
