摘要
本文对连铸中间包内钢液流动现象进行了水模型研究，选定中间包内设置围墙结构。生产中的系统试验表明：中间包内设置围墙后，比现行工艺可明显提高铸坯清洁度。
AbstractIn order to improve the quality of billet, the fluid flow phenolnena in bath of tundish are studied on a water model.A reasonable weir structure has been chosen.On the basis of the practical production,the experimental results show that the cleanliness of billets can be improved obviously in tundish with the weir.
