摘要
在研究热轧窄带钢宽度变形的基础上,建立了带钢自动宽度设定模型,并用于热连轧的中轧机组。设定方法考虑了带坯在立辊侧压及随后平辊轧制时金属的变形特点,用数学模型选择最佳立辊侧压量,保证成品带钢宽度接近目标值。计算机模拟计算与现场实测值比较证明,该法设定结果能达到要求的精度,对改进传统的宽度设定方法具有一定的参考价值。
AbstractOn the basic of studying the deformation in the width of hot strip,the model of automatic setting strip width was worked out and has been used on intermediate mill stands.The opti-mal edging deformation can be calculated with the mathemticatl model,bascd on considering the deformation pattern of hot strip during the edge rolling and the horizontal rolling,in order to guarantee the precision of the width of the finished strip,Tbe comparison of the va-lue calculated with that measured on work side proved that required width precision can be obtain with the setting model.
