高炉氧煤枪空气动力学特性的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 由相似理论建立了离炉直吹管中氧煤枪的空气动力学试验模型,测定了不同条件下的三维速度分布,并由此得到轴向径向和切向三个分速度及流动方向的变化规律。试验表明,由于氧煤枪射流和直吹管主气流二者动量相差悬殊,氧煤枪射流对主气流的影响很小;氧煤枪出口附近区域的动量和质量传输十分强烈。 AbstractAn experimental model with oxygen-coal Iance in blowpipc of blast furnace was establi- shed base on thesimil arity theory. Three-dimension gas velccity distribution was measured in various conditions.The results show that:(1)The effect of jet from Iance is much weaker than that of gas flow in blowpipe.The reason is the momentum of Iance' s gas is much sma- Iler than that of the blowpipe gas.(2 )The mass and momentum transfer near the exit of Iance are very strong.
