摘要
本文研究了含C1.77%的半钢热变形时奥氏休动态再结晶行为。研究结果表明,在950℃以下进行热变形时,存在一种新的动态再结晶现象:热变形奥氏体不经过形核过程直接碎化为若干个晶粒;其动态再结晶机制是“亚晶界独立生长成为大角度晶界”。在950℃以上或以下的温度范围内,热变形激活能的值也不同;在950℃上热变形激活能为648.4kJ/mol,在950℃以下热变形激活能为485.1KJ/mol。
AbstractThis paper discribes the dynamic recrystallization of austcnite during hot deformation of semisteel .The result shows that , when the hot deformation is carried out bellow950℃,exists a new dynamic recrestallization behaviour:hot deformed austenite can be directly disintegra- ted onto several grains without nucleation process.The mechanism of the dynamic recrystalli- zaton is:quasi -crystal boundary independently grows into Iargc angle boundary. The hot defor- mation activation energies beyond and below 950 ℃ are not same:the forme,is 648.4 kJ/mol;the Iatter is 485.1 kJ/mol.
