摘要
宝钢炼钢厂的两台大型板坯连铸机自１９８９年投产以来，在抓好以连铸为中心组织生产，抓好连铸用钢水质量和设备维护，开发适用的耐火材料和辅助材料，以及加强对操作人员培训的基础上，不但使连铸坯的产量已超过设计值，质量不断提高，还扩大了近１００个出钢记号，今后有信心把宝钢连铸机建成世界一流水平的连铸机。
AbstractSince the commission of two slab casters at Bashan Iron & Steel(Group)Co. in 1989,emphases were put on casting production, quality of melt steel, equipment maintenace,develop-ment of suitable refractories and aided material and operators’training.Sequentialy,not only the output of the casters has exceeded the design level and quality is upraising,but also the steel grades bave extended about 100.lt’s confirmed that the casters will become the first class of the world.
