摘要
对苏州钢铁厂的转炉钢渣进行特种活化技术处理,然后将其与水泥熟料进行复合混磨试配,并测定其物理性能,研究结果表明,这种经活化技术处理后的钢渣具有较好的水化活性,钢渣硅酸盐水泥强度可达到425 ̄#。文章最后对钢渣在活化过程中的活化机理进行了分析,指出了钢渣活化新技术是钢渣综合利用的一种新途径。
The steel slag of Suzhou Iron and Steel Plant has been treated with new activation tech-nology.Then the activated slag is ground and mixed with cement clinker.The physical properties has been tested.The results reveal that the hydration of the activated slag is fairly good,and the grade of the slag silicate cement is up to 425 ̄#;The mechanism of slag activation has been investi-gated.It is proven that the new activation technology of steel slag has opened up a way of slag comprehensive utilization.
