摘要 低品位碳化硅是转炉炼钢的有效提温剂。工业性试验结果表明,碳化硅加入8.0kg/t钢,钢水提温40.3~70.3℃(平均48.4℃);渣中TFe降低1.3%;加提温剂有利于转炉内造渣脱硫和减少炉渣对耐火砖的侵蚀。文中还给出了攀钢转炉半钢冶炼连铸用钢水时加与不加碳化硅的t_入,[C]_入区域。 Low grade silcon carbide is an effective raw material to raise molten steel temperature during the steelmaking in the converter. The results of industrial experiments show that molten steel temperature raising is from 40. 3℃ to 70. 3℃(average 48. 4℃)when low grade silcon carbide is added 8. 0kg per tone steel.Moreover,the addition of low grade silcon carbide can cut dowtt the content of total iron in slag by 1.3%;is beneficial to the slag formation and slag desulphurization,and to decrease the slag erosion of the refractory. This paper also gives the region of the molten semi-steel temperature and its carbon content whether to add or not to add low grade silcon car-bide into the converter when the continiued cast steel is smelted in Panzhihua lron&Steel Co
