摘要
本文从研究无间隙原子(IF)钢热轧析出物粒子数量,尺寸及分布状态的角度出发,讨论了热轧工艺参数对析出物析出行为的影响,并分析了析出物粒子形貌对IF钢再结晶退火组织和性能所产生的作用。最后指出,热轧工艺参数对析出物的析出行为起着极为重要的作用,合理的热轧工艺是获得优异成型性能IF钢的前提。
Effect of hot rolling parameters on precipitating behavior has been discussed from a viewpoint of studies on precipitation in hot rolled IF steel sheets in this paper. Prcocessing parameters seem to play a very important role in preclpitating behavior during hot rolling. ldentification of proper hot rolling parameters assumes to be a prerequisite for obtaining IF steel with excellent properties.
