摘要
针对炼钢工业中广泛采用的钢包底吹氩搅拌工艺,在水模型试验的基础上,得出了在不同渣厚下的临界吹氩量的大小;并进一步定量研究了钢包卷渣现象的过程和机理,推导了发生卷渣现象的临界界面流速和破碎颗粒的大小,为实际生产严格控制吹氩制度打下了理论基础。
Critical Ar─blowing volume for diversified slag layers in thickness is determined by water modelling in light of the bottom Ar─bubbling practice for ladle refining broadly employed in the steelmaking industry nowaday;the process of slay entrapment in steel ladle and its mechanism are farther investigated;and the critical interface flowrate and crushed grain sizes of slag that will cause the slag entrapment are also identified,thus laying a sound theoretical foundation of strictly control on the Ar─blowing procedure for normal production
