摘要
对W16MnRQ钢板超声波探伤不合格的试样进行了分析研究,查明了探伤不合格的主要原因是裂纹与MnS链状夹杂物。采取改进炉外精炼及轧制工艺等措施,提高了W16MnRQ钢板的超声波探伤合格率。
The samples of W16MnRQ steel plate rejected by the ultrasonic flaw detection are analysed and the primary factors that cause the occurrence of substandard products by the ultrasonic flaw detection are found to be the existence of cracking as well as chain type inclusions in steel.Improvement in the ratio of qualified W16MnRQ steel plate has been achieved by taking appropriate corrective actions in the secondary steelmaking and rolling processes.
