摘要
以硝酸、氢氟酸高氯酸处理试样,采用强碱分离铁、钛等干扰元素,在pH5.0~5.5的溶液中,加氟化钠铬合铝,被置换出的EDTA用锌标准溶液滴定的测铝方法,适用于硅铝铁合金中铝的测定。
The operating procedure for EDTA method is to dip the test specimen in the nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and high choloric acid,separate the interfering elements such as Fe and Ti with strong base(alcali)and then replace Al using sodium fluoride in pH 5.0~5.5 solution,and finally titrate the replaced EDTA with standard Zn solution to measure out the Al content in the test piece.This method is particularly suitable for measurement on Al content in Si─Al─Fe alloy.
