摘要
在CaO─SiO_2二元渣系脱硫实验基础上,对高温条件下交流与直流正接(顶部为阴极)、反接脱硫的差异进行了实验研究,探讨了交直流的热力学特点,动力学模型及电化学机理。实验结论对直流电弧炉冶炼工艺及电炉设计有一定指导意义。
Based upon the experiment of desulphurization byCaO--SiO_2 slag system a study on difference between A--Cand D--C(anadic melt and cathodic melt)at high temperature has been carried out in the laboratory;andfeature of the thermodynamic kinetics of D--C EAF and A--C EAF,the dynamic medeland electrochemical mechanism of desulphurization also discussed.The conclusions out of the experiments are of certain significance to the design and process of EAF.
