摘要 采用固溶处理法探讨含钛钢在不同加热温度与保温时间条件下TiC的固溶析出行为,并以热模拟试验机研究了板坯终轧温度,冷却方式及卷取温度等因素对结构和性能的影响。通过热连轧工业试验和产品性能统计分析,证明含钛T52(L)汽车钢板的研制已达到了预期目的。 The solid solution precipitat ion behavior of TiC at different reheating temperature and holding time has been explored by means of solid solution treatment and the effects of final rolling temperature,ccoling pattern and cooling temperature on the texture and properties of the slab tested using a THERMECMASTORZ.Results of the commercial scale trial at the continuous hot rolling mill and statistic analysis on the properties of products indicate that the the expected targets with regards to the research and development in the Ti bearing steel T52(L) for automoblie use has alredy been achieved.
