冀东铁精矿配加澳大利亚罗伯河矿的烧结试验研究

THE SINTER POT TEST OF ADDING AUSTRALIAN ROBE RIVER ORE TO JIDONG CONCENTRATE

本文按唐山钢铁公司烧结工艺条件，对冀东矿配加罗伯河矿进行了烧结杯试验研究。结果表明，配加罗伯河矿可改善混合料的粒度组成和料层透气性，其中配加２０％罗伯河矿时，其利用系数，转鼓强度，还原度等主要烧结指标达到最佳，并可为工厂带来明显效益。

This paper studied the sinter pot test of adding Robe River Ore to Ji- dong Concentrate under the sintering-operating condition of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company.The results show that adding Robe River Ore to Jidong concentrate can improve the mix granulometry and permeability,when the Robe River Ore rate is 20 %,the productivity,tumbler index and reducibility of sintering reached the highest level.It can bring great benefit for the factory.
