含硫石墨减磨铸钢的研究

STUDY ON SULPHUR-GRAPHITE-CONTAINING ANTIFRICTION CAST STEEL

含硫石墨铸钢是一种新型自润滑剂一钢复合的减磨材料，采用新的含硫石墨减磨铸钢替代青铜、黄铜做摩擦件，与硬度ＨＲＣ４０～５０的４５号钢匹配，可使滑动摩擦部件寿命提高２倍以上，维修费也大为下降，而且成本低廉，并可节约大量的有色金属铜、锡、铅、锌等，具有良好的推广价值。

The sulphur-graphite-containing cast steel is a new kind of self- lubrication agent/steel composite for antifriction material. It has been proved that if the friction parts are made of this new cast steel instead of bronze and brass while their matching parts made of 45 steel with hardness HRC 40～50,the lifetime of these sliding friction parts will be increased bv two times,the cost for maintenance and materials decreased largely,and amounts of nonferrous metals such as copper,tin,lead,zinc,etc. saved.Therefore,this new antifriction cast steel will be of great value to popularity.
