摘要
本文介绍了电渣精铸裂解炉弯管的设备、工艺,并同传统的中频炉一砂型铸造工艺进行了比较。结果表明,电渣精铸可以明显改善耐热钢弯管的质量,并降低了成本。文章还分析了电渣精铸工艺可以获得高质量产品的原因。
This paper summarises the equipment and process of producing return bends used for the ethylene cracking furnace by ESR-precision casting.A comparison of this process is made with the conventional medium-frequency induction meIting-sand casting. The tests show that the new process can clearly improve the quality of the heat resistant bends and decrease the cost.The article also analvzes the reasons resuIting in these advantages.
