摘要
本文采用规则溶液模型计算了Fe-C-Mn合金中形变奥氏体→铁素体的相平衡浓度X ̄E,并详细讨论了合金成分、温度和形变条件对形核体积自由能变化△G_v的影响。在大量计算的基础上,建立了未形变和形变条件下计算△G_v的回归关系式。并以此为基础,定量讨论了形变条件对铁素体形核速率J_s ̄*的影响,计算结果与文献[8]给出的实验结果在变化趋势上是一致的。
By using the regular solution model,the calculations of equilibrium composition X ̄E in the deformed austenite→ferrite transformation in Fe-C-Mn alloy have been performed,and the influences of alloy compositions,temperature and deformation conditions on the volume free energy change △G_v of ferrite nucleation,were discussed in detail. Based on a great deal of calculations,the empirical formulae to compute △G_v for the non-deformed and deformed austenites were established.Furthermore ,the effect ofdeformation on ferrite nucleation rate J_s ̄* was discussed also. The calculations are in general agreement with the experimental resuIts published in the literature[8].
