The samples of human stomach cancer tissues and non-cancer stomach mucous membrane were prepared by rapid-freezing method in liquid nitrogen, ESR spectra of these samples were determined and analyzed by convolution difference method. The ESR spectral differences between stomach cancer tissue and non-cancer stomach mucous membrance are tentatively explained as due to the changes of the ferric complexes during cancerization.
