摘要
以三弯矩法为基础建立了一种迭代算法,计算大型转子系统在运行状态下轴承负荷分配问题,计入了轴颈在水平和垂直方向上不对中的影响。定义了轴承负荷分配的敏度系数,为研究负荷分配随标高变化的动态特性提供了方法。作为本文方法及其程序的应用,计算了国产某型200MW汽轮发电机组轴承负荷分配问题,文中列出了部分结果。
Calculation of the bearing load distribution for rotor-bearing systems has been studied.Based on the three-bending-moment method,an iterative method which can be employed to calculate the bearing load distribution has been presented,in which the misalignments of journals in vertical and horizontal directions has been taken into account. The coefficient of the sensitivity for the bearing load has been defined in order to study the dynamical characteristics of the influence of the bearing assembling level on the bearing loads.As an application of the proposed methods and developed program,the bearing load distribution for the rotor-bearing systems of a 200MW turbogenerator set has been calculated. Some of results have been presented.
