摘要
制备了碳纤维/PF尼龙复合材料,采用X光电子能谱仪及化学滴定法定量分析了碳纤维表面的含氧状况,利用扫描电镜研究了碳纤维的表面形态及碳纤维/PF尼龙复合材料的界面形态,探讨了碳纤维表面形态和含氧量对复合材料力学性能和界面粘结状况的影响。结果表明,规整CF表面的羧基与PF尼龙分子中的胺基发生化学键合是复合材料具有良好力学性能及界面具有良好粘结的主要因素。
In this paper,the carbon fiber-reinforced PF nylon was prepared.The interfacial morphology of carbon fiber-reinforced petrolieum fermentative nylon (PF nylon) was investigated by means of SEM,and the quantitative analysis into the oxygen content of carbon fiber surface was made with ESCA and chemical titration.The relation of carbon fiber surface morphology,oxygen content and mechanical property was discussed.The results show that it is useful for interfacial adhesion of carbon fiberreinforced PF nylon to increase oxygen content of carbon fiber surface under no destroying its surface structure. But group of containing oxygen in deep layer of carbon fiber made no contributions to interfacial adhesion of carbon fiber-reinforced PF nylon. The result of anti-damp-damage property show that it is essence to form covalent bond between carboxyl of order carbon fiber surface and amino group (-CH2-NH2) of PF nylon for fine interfacial adhesion.
