摘要
研究了第三相导电体碳和锗的加入对0-3型钛酸铅/环氧树脂复合材料压电常数的影响,指出对于提高复合材料的值,锗的效果优于碳。并探讨了锗的最佳掺入量及钛酸铅/环氧树脂/锗复合材料的极化条件。
It has been researched mainly in this thesis that carbon black and germanium influenced on piezoelectric value of 0-3 PT/epoxy.Under the Same poling conditions (voltage, temperature and time). the of adding germanium is superior to adding carbon black's in 0-3/epoxy. Furtherly,the most suitly addition volume of Ge is searched,the additional volume is 1.0%. we researched the relation between poling conditions and the of 0-3 PT/epoxy/Ge, and knew that the bet poling voltage,temperature and time. They are 90 kV/cm,110℃ and 10min. Under this poling conditions, the maximum value of is 20PCN ̄(-1).
