摘要
用TBA、DSC、WAXS研究了乙炔端基砜(ATS)对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的玻璃化温度(Tg)、冷结晶温度(Tcc)、降温结晶温度(Tc)、熔点(Tm)和结晶度(Xc)的影响。ATS的加入使PEEK的Tg、Tcc提高,Tc、Tm和Xc降低;退火结晶温度提高,PEEK的Tm提高,但共混物中PEEK的Tm和Xc降低。WAXS结果表明,多步退火结晶可形成两种结晶。
Effect of acetylene terminated sulfone(ATS) on glass transition(Tg), coldcrystallized peak temperature(TCC) melt crystallized peak temperature(Tc),melting peak temperaure(Tm) and degree of crystallization(Xc) of polyetheretherketone(PEEK) were invesatigated by TBA,DSC,WAXS,Addition of ATS increases Tg and Tcc of amorphous PEEK, but decreases Tc,Tm and Xc of PEEK,Tg of PEEK in ATS/PEEK=20/80 blends is 60℃ higher than that of PEEK annealed at 340℃ for 30h.As the annealing temperature is increased,Tm of PEEK increases, However,Tm and Xc of PEEK in blends decreases.Xc of PEEK is four times as high as ATS/PEEK=20/80 blends annealed at 340℃for 0. 5h.WAXS results indicate that a bimodel distribution of crystals can form at multiple stage annealing crystallization.
