摘要
用3种聚酯(PEA、PBA、PHA)和MDI合成了分子量和软硬段比例大致相同的3种聚氨酯胶粘剂(PEAU、PBAU、PHAU),以DSC、DMA和相差显微镜等手段研究了它们与PVC的相容性。结果表明,PBAU、PHAU与PVC均有良好的相容性,而PEAU则与PVC不相容。3种胶粘剂对PVC的粘接强度差异很大,其粘接强度次序为;PHAU~PBAU>>PEAU,由此提出了聚氨酯胶粘剂对PVC的粘接机理。
Three series of polyurethane adhesives (PEAU ,PBAU,PHAU) with the same MW and hard/soft segment ratio,based on three polyesters(PEA,PBA,PHA),4,4'-diphnylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) and butendiol were synthesized.The compatibility of blends of PU with PVC was studied by means of DSC, DMA and phase contrast microscopy.The results indicated that, PBAU/PVC,PHAU/PVC were compatible systems,but PEAU/PVC was incompatible. the adhesive strength of the three adhesives was quite different from each other,with the order of PBAU≥PHAU>>PEAU. The influence of compatibility on adhesion was discussed,and the diffusion theory for PU-PVC system was recommended.
