摘要
合成了一系列单环芳二胺型聚醚酰亚胺,研究了它们对H_2、O_2和N_23种气体的透过性能。这类双醚二酐(HQDEA)型聚醚酰亚胺的分子结构对其透气性和透气选择性有很大的影响,随着二胺单体分子中甲基的增多,聚醚酰亚胺的透气性增大,透气选择性减小;由3,5-二氨基苯甲酸合成的HQDEA-DAB具有较高的透H_2系数和很高的H2/N_2分离系数。
A series of HQDEA based polyetherimides from 1, 3 phenyldiamine derivatives were prepored by a conventional procedure, gas permeabilities and permselectivities for gas pairs H_2/N_2 and O_2/N_2 through five polymers above have been measured at the temperature from ambient up to 150℃. From HQDEA-PDA through HQDEA-TDA and HQDEA XDA to HQDEA-3MPDA. The permeabilities are progressively increased the permselectivities are progressively decreased acompanied increase in free volume. HQDEA-3MPDA with higher permeability and permselectivity for O_2/N_2, is a favorable O_2/N_2 separation menbrane material, and HQDEA-DAB with favorable H_2/N_2 seporation property is very useful to racover hydrapen from verious gas mixture by membrane method.
