摘要
综述了高聚物等温结晶、球晶结构等方面的研究进展,依据熔体结晶过程中临界晶核的形成、球晶的生长和结晶/非晶组分间的相互扩散等因素讨论了高聚物等温结晶动力学、形态以及分子量对球晶径向生长速率的影响。
The kinetics of growth of the spherulites in polymers crystallized from the melt and the structure of the spherulites and the lamellae of the semi-crystailine polyrnere are reviwed. The growth rate of a spherulite is controled by three main processes: the formation of a critical nucleus on the front of the growing crystal,the reeling-in of the crystallizable units through the crystal amoughous interface and the interdiffusion of the mass center of the two components. The effect of the molecular weight on the crystallization kinetics and the growth rate in the misicible blends of the crystalliz ing and noncrystallizing polymers are discussed.
