摘要
使用广角X射线衍射法和扫描电子显微镜法研究了一系列等规聚丙烯β晶型成核剂的晶体结构特征和粒子形态特征,指出最强或次强X射线衍射峰发生在晶面间距为0.28nm的成核剂是等规聚丙烯β晶型的高效成核剂,诱导聚丙烯β晶型的能力接成核剂的“棒状<片状<块状”外部粒子形态规律增强。
Crystal structure and particle morphology ofβ nucleators forβphase isotactic polypropylene(β-iPP) were analysed by wide angle X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.The results indicated that the nucleators which had the highest or higher diffraction peaks at interplanar spacing of 0. 28 nm were effective β nucleators. The ability inducing β-iPP increased according to the sequence 'rodlike<slicelike<blocklike'.
