摘要
采用反相悬浮聚合法合成聚丙烯酸钠,调节油水两相体积比,添加高岭土和交联剂进行反应,制得高吸水性复合树脂。该树脂2min内的吸水率为1500g/g,在0.9%NaCl水溶液中的吸水率为148g/g,在25~90℃内吸水率仍可保持1500g/g,且该树脂的经时稳定性好。
The super absorbent complex resin of polyacrylic acid sodium salt,which was synthesized by means of inverse suspension polymerization,was modified in the present of kaolin and cross-linking agent in the organic solvent consisting of water.The absorption of the resin is 1500g/g for two minutes and 148g/g in case of deionizing water and 0.9%NaCl solution,respectively.In 25~90℃ the absorption of the resin is about the same.
