摘要
通过TEM、XPS、RamanSpectra、DCS、SAXS、DMA和毛细管流变仪以及机械性能测试对SBR(丁苯橡胶)磺酸锌盐的形态结构、流变行为和机械性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,随磺化度增大,离子聚集更加明显,SBR磺酸锌盐熔体表观粘度和机械性能显著提高;经硬脂酸锌(ZnSt)增塑后,离子聚集状态分散,SBR磺酸锌盐熔体表观粘度降低,加工性能得到改善。
The morphology and properties of Zinc-neutralized sulfonated SBR (Zn-SSBR) were studied through TEM, XPS, Raman Spectra, DSC, SAXS,DMA,mechanical property test and a capillary rheometer.The results show that the state of aggregation and mechanical properties are related to the degree of sulfonation.With the increase of suifonation level,ions aggregation becomes more distinct,both the apparent melt viscosity and mechanieal properties of Zn-SSBR will be considerably increased.After being plasticized by ZnSt,the apparent melt viscosity of Zn-SSBR is decreased,processability will be got improved.
