摘要
用热重分析法详细研究了自制杂环联苯型聚芳醚酮(MPEK)的热稳定性及热分解机理。采用Ozawa方法计算出了其热降解活化能,提出了其在空气和N_2中的分解机理,这对此新型聚芳醚酮的加工和推广应用具有重要的指导意义。
The thermostability and thermolysis mechanism of the poly (aryl ether) ketone containing phthalazone moiety were studied by means of thermogravimetry in air and nitrogen.The thermolysis activation energies were calaculated by Ozawa method.The result indicates that the thermolysis activation energy in air has a peak value indicating that its thermolysis carry out in two manners.First, the thermolysis mainly take place in the manner of chain breakage,and then,the thermolysis mainiy by oxidstive degradation. The thermolysis activation energy in air is very low,which proves oxygen accelerating its thermolysis. The thermolysis in nitrogen only has one manner relating to the breakage of polyrmer chain.
