炭黑填充复合材料结晶性能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用X射线衍射和DSC两种方法,研究了炭黑填充HDPE与PP复合材料的结晶度和微晶尺寸。实验结果发现,炭黑对HDPE的结晶度影响很小,对其正交晶系结构也未见影响,只是晶粒尺寸稍大。炭黑使PP的结晶度明显降低,对α晶体有影响,而γ晶态不变。 The crystallinity and crystalline of CB/HDPE and CB/PP composites were studied in this paper,with the using of the X-ray diffraction (XD) and DSC.The results show that the crystallinity of HDPE was rarely changed with the addition of CB, however,the crystallinity of PP was clearly tower. HDPE still exist in two crystal form,monoclinic as well as orthorhombic, besides the crystals are larger a bit. It was found that the α-crystal of PP was affected by CB, whereas γ-crystal of PP remained constant.
