摘要
用改进的Naarmann方法,在n型SnO_2基片上直接合成聚乙炔,用碘液相掺杂,制成p-聚乙炔/n-SnO_2异质结光伏特电池。用功率连续可调的氩离子激光器作光源,测量了电池的光伏特-电流关系曲线,并由此计算出电池的转换效率。笔者发现,对未掺杂的电池,光电转换效率很低,而掺杂可以大大提高电池的短路电流和转换效率。
P-(CH)x/n-SnO2 heterojunction photovoltage cells have been fabricated by the modified Naarmann method,and doped with iodine. The photovoltage characterisation and photocurrent of the cells are measured.The experimental data shows the conversion efficiency of the undoped cell is small,but doping can improve the short-circuit photocurrent and conversion efficiency, and the effects of doping are discussed.
