摘要
采用聚氨酯封端的聚乙二醇(PU)中的NCO基与棉油酸聚酰胺树脂(PA)中的NH基之间的反应,通过对不同原料及反应条件的选择,合成了适合柔性板塑料油墨用的共聚树脂。该树脂具有软化点高、冻点低的特点,可以提高油墨的热粘连温度、冷却恢复性和贮存稳定性。
The synthesis of polyamide resin modified with polyurethane was carried out from reaction between polyamide with the terminal aminos (PA) and polyurethane with the terminal isocyanate groups(PU).PA was obtained by condensation of ethyldiamine and dimeric acid from cottonseed oil,PU was prepared via the addition reaction of toluene 2,4-diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol.The modified resins have higher softening point and lower freezinjg point than common cottonseed fatty acid polyamide.When used as adhesives in flexographic printing ink, resin containing 20% PU can improve freezing recovering,sticking temperature,storage stability and has excellent adhesion to the polyethylene film.
