设计出了一种碳／碳复合材料快速气相沉积新工艺，使得碳氢气体能借助于沉积室中的定向扩散装置并通过试样胚体厚度方向上的压力差快速定向扩散到试样胚体内部进行沉积。结果表明：沉积速度快，试样最终密度高而均匀。
