摘要
报道了一种在Ｙ一切铁扩散ＬｉＮｂＯ３平板光波导上制作的调频光纤陀螺用集成光学频移器。它由一对球面波导短程透镜和两个声表面波声光调制器组成。频移宽度为１０ＭＨｚ，调制器的中。Ｃ频率为１０７ＭＨｚ，驱动功率为２００ｍＷ。
n integrated optical frequency shifter consisting of a pair of spherical geodesic lenses and two acousticsurface wave modulators for fiber-optic gyroscope using frequency modulation method was developed on theY-cut Ti: LiNbO3 planar waveguide. The frequncy shifting range was 10MHz. The center frequency wasl 07 MHz and drive power of the modulators was 200mW.
